Maybe now with fewer episodes and time on their hands the writing will improve with some decent story lines.

What is this storyline with Meena and Manpreet? Manpreet talking about when they were little and Meena braking her things? Are we meant to believe there's not at least 20 year age gap between them??

Yep I was thinking the same, Manpreet looks to be well in her forties and Meena looks about twenty so it's not really adding up is it, also Manpreets daughter was in her twenties I thought, so she'd have been busy being a mother and training to be a doctor and not playing with her little sister and watching her destroy her stuff.

I honestly think they forget previous storylines. I don't know why they didn't just recast Manpreet's daughter.

Meena must have the secret of eternal youth if she was around when Walkmans were a thing!

Why can they not introduce some remotely likeable characters? Meena is beyond awful and the nonsense of pathetic Rishi and Liam falling over themselves to get her the nurse's job and stick around in the village is nauseating. and we can all see what will happen with Aaron and kayak boy

Never mind Aaron and what's his face, the chemistry between Luke and Jamie is unreal.
