I was sceptical, but I'm hooked.

I’ve started started watching episode one.

Mustn't think about it too hard.

In Midsomer, everybody gets murderd. In Amsterdam, everybody who gets murdered knows somebody else who gets murdered.

Does it have the same theme tune?
What channel is it on?

I think it is ITV on sundays at 8pm

The original is being shown on Talking Pictures TV (which I had never heard of). I think they are up to ep3 of series 1 of that. Not sure if they will show them all.

the new one has only got 3 episodes and luckily the last one is one tomorrow as it is a complete waste of that sunday evening 8-10 slot. At least Midsummer doesn't take itself seriously!

It's 21st century hipster Morse with smartphones. And no one ish doing the shilly Dutch Acshcent.
