The pasty guy is impressed with his date.

The two women supposedly interested in each other is so contrived. They always start this series off with a dilemma.

Loved it. Quite fancied the Cornish guy. Thought his date looked amazing for 43.
Insta girls looked so similar. Pretty but just very predictable. Think the waiter wants to cop off with one of them
I liked the older couple. I thought being a bit raddled suited her. Shows she’s lived a bit. Or a lot.

I was amazed that lady was 76. She certainly looked it (or older) but she had such a youthful Joie de vivre. I mean, even just going on a dating show at that age!

The Instagram girls thing was so contrived. Obviously done for more likes and follows. Cheapens the show and makes it seem false. They seem to have had some success with previous contestants compared to shows like Dinner Date, but if it becomes false and just for the fame-hungry I'll be switching off.

I only watch it to swoon over the hotel and scenery. The rest of it has gone the way of all reality TV, sadly, which is to move further and further away from reality.

I prefer the older couples. They have conversations rather than inane chat. The younger ones all think they are stars because they are the leads in their own Instagram stories. I find they all look the same and their shallowness irritates me.

The lady in the hat. How much vodka did she down? She has quite the capacity. I thought it wouldn't work out for them, but they enjoyed each other's company.

The pasty man was absolutely lovely. I'm glad it worked out with the mermaid.

The two girls. It was just awkward. They seemed to deliberately pair up 2 very confident women with quite timid men.

Merlin was outstanding this week. I love when he gets the giggles. He's an absolute sweetheart.

I cringed inside out when the pair from Devon & Cornwall were dancing and he picked her up and they attempted that Strictly move together .

The Cornish girl was beautiful and her date was sweet, I hope it works out for them.

The insta girls were boring.

It does make me laugh when they say I've hardly told anyone this before and then proceed to tell the nation on Tele! 😆

I think it was obvious that Georgia and Rachel's dates didn't have much chemistry with them.
Georgia and Rachel met up back home but then turns out one of them got with the date!

I was very disappointed that the antique dealer and his date haven't met up again yet. Thought they seemed to get on really well

Wow. Episode 2 and "Mr Convenient"! I hope she turns him down for that story alone.
