Bloody Hell. This showed a hospital (I think it was in Birmingham? Not Sure) and the work of security and police. I know A&E can be unpleasant with all the drunks, druggies and those with mental health problems but it really angered me how much time is spent getting rid of these people.
I hope at the moment they don't get idiots spitting at them. Not nice at the best of times but with CV around...
