I keep hearing MPW and Nick saying "samarge" when shouting out the food orders - does anyone know what it means?

Service - I think.

Oh - maybe not then

It's a filling between 2 slices of bread.

Literally, Ca Marche - it works (I think)

(going on Ca ne marche pas = it doesn't work)
