Locations for Liar

It’s really annoying me but where were the outside hospital scenes for Liar filmed. It’s a London hospital l think? Charing Cross maybe?

The “police station” reminds me of the University of East Anglia but l don’t think it is

It's filmed outside Ealing Hospital in West London, only know this because I worked there once upon a time. Not sure about the police station though

Police station is Deal Kent, as is her house and the restaurant they are in on the pier
