I feel asleep half way through the programme. I saw up to where they arrested the registrar who was using someone else's name, and when Nicky saw the police woman looking after her mom. Also Harry asking if they had done the post mortem on the child called Sam. But didn't see much after that.

What was going on with the registrar, the sonsultant called Alice and what was the mans body doing in the womans coffin?

Please can anyone tell me what happened?

Sadly we watched It centred around the death of the 6wk baby Sam. The pseudo dr had botched the first op, used the wrong type of stitch and the bowel leaked causing peritonitis and the septicaemia. Dr Alice had failed to check her work and spot it when she operated as she had been drinking. Her father was the murderer as nurse's bf had been blackmailing him and he then killed the nurse too. He had been in the army with the funeral director's father, saving his life, and and called in the favour to try to hide the body. Alice's father killed himself at end. Amazing the remit of forensic pathologists these days.
