I am so looking forward to this years show! Anyone else? I know its not everyone's cup of tea but I so look forwrad to seeing the outfits as well!

Aleesha was great! I'm a bit disappointed by Stephanie Beacham - when you look at Jane Seymour on the American one, she's dynamite, and Stephanie isn't much older. I love Kelly Brook. I thought Dom was really funny and Willie Thorne was really sweet.

I like Dominic.

I'm sure Gabby will be very good, but almost want Kenny to get further, because of her competitiveness, even though he's a bit stiff.

And I thought Stephanie's comment to Kelly was hilarious.

Well, what has Kelly Brook actually done to be termed a "celebrity"? Other than look passable?

So of course she's going to fuss about her hair, etc.

Was sorry not to see Kate Garraway perform. How long will she last if her tendons give out during initial rehearsals?

I am so frickin annoyed. The digital freeview box was supposed to record this so that I could watch it after putting the children to bed and it didn't. I'm sure it's dh fault because he was adding something to it beforehand.

and I'd been looking forward to it all day. I'd lit a fire especially and dd1 and I had made burnt butter cupcakes which I purposely was leaving till the evening to eat whilst watching.

Did catch the women's ensemble at the end though which I thought was good.

I have been unneccesarily excited about SCD coming back. This year (for once) I knew who everyone was except Gethin Jones. Happy to discover he is a fox! I have to have someone to drool over - last year it was Mark, before that Ray.

Think the girls seem to have more potential than the blokes this year. Can see it getting competitive between Penny, Gaby and Kelly.

Hooted with laughter at Stephanie's comment to Kelly.

Argh - same as cupcake. Hard disk recorder started to record and then stopped after 3 mins - why oh why?! It doesn't look like you can download it from the BBCPlayer either, sigh.

I think Kenny has a bit more potential so the result was probably fair. Feel a bit sorry for Karen - though would like to see some of the other female professionals do well.

I suspect they record the results show after 9pm when the phone lines close. Hence Kenny managing a clearly impossible mad dash across the Channel.

Think I vaguely fancied Brian when he was Mr Hopwood. Now he is just always going to be hammy Richard Hillman. Thought his little boy had definitely been fed the line "The judges might know ballroom but they don't know atmosphere" Very precocious.

Apparently the results show was filmed last night after the phone lines close. I was a bit slow on the up take and didn't work this out for myself, another forum actually had the result on there last night - the posters friend was in the audience and gave a blow by blow account of what happened. IMO this makes moving the results show to sunday a waste of time, off course the info was in a spoiler and I didn't have to read it but to be honest I wasn't really bothered anymore after waiting 24 hours I didn't read it until this afternoon.

Luis Capron was about 7ish I'd say. Might be grandson or maybe son from a more recent relationship.
