I am so looking forward to this years show! Anyone else? I know its not everyone's cup of tea but I so look forwrad to seeing the outfits as well!

Just been emailing my friend and she casually mentioned at the end of her email that Gethin Jones had just been in her office this morning. OMG! Why didn't she tell me in advance so I could go over and swoon at him (actually thats probably why she didn't tell me!)

I was thinking that about Lilia looking a bit more curvy (although still amazing!) and wondered if she's pg. She seemed to tolerate Dom and i thought she looked super uncomfortable when they did their last dance together (sorry if that's already been said - didn't read back that far!).

i just love Alesha, she seems so lovely and enthusiastic about it all. They were so sweet on It Takes Two when they said about how much had gone wrong in their foxtrot that the judges didn't notice!

moosmummy - cutlers are divorced and we speculate that it may have been a marriage of cconvenience as she is SA.

On Monday's IT2 they normally have the person who was ousted a week ago going round and talking to everyone on the previous Saturday ... so I wonder why they had Lilia and James Jordan doing it today ..?

I think you're right - he did it instead of Stephanie Beecham. So Lilia did it instead of Dom. I'm surprised that it isn't in the contracts that they have to do it. I know that they are contracted to do a minimum number of hours training each week.

Poor Matt - he looked like he's still in shock over being in the bottom 2.

Does anyone know what song the pro dancers danced to on Sunday? They were doing the jive.

Just noticed Kate and Anton's song was called Peanut vendor. Is that why Arlene made the peanut / coconut references?? It did seem odd.

Penny is just so lovely, why did she have to go??? Although i didn't want Matt to go either...

I did think that Zoe Ball had a good point though about Kate. It's not her fault that people keep voting for her to stay in, she is doing the training and working as hard as the others so she deverves her place for those reasons. It's the stupid GMTV public's fault for voting for her to stay in, the nastier those judges are, the more of a sympathy vote she gets.

Something wasn't quite right with Dom, not surprised he didn't do the showing around bit this week. Those boys look like they're having so much fun!

I still think Kate should go, and like you I really like Penny, thought she came across as lovely and when her and Rod Stewart were on ITT, they seemed really coupley. And quite natural and endearing.

Oh i definitely think that Kate should go. All the lip chewing "i'm so rubbish" stuff is getting a bit old for me!

please let kenny or kate go this week, I don't think I could bear another decent dancer going, esp as they all seem so lovely this year and a good laugh! But I guess it is more exciting as the title could be anyones! Feel for Anton but do we really want a final with kate and kenny?

I have to agree with moo about Kate, in that it's not her fault that people are voting for her even though she's rubbish, she's just doing the best she can. The fact that good dancers are being ejected isn't directly her fault and it must feel quite awful on some level.

Having said that, if either she or Kenny doesn't go this week I am going to be highly pissed off!

Letitia is not a very good dancer but also has huge support.She should go fairly soon IMO.

She's head and shoulders above Kate, though, i.e. can move her feet in a semi-rythmical manner.

Talking of head and shoulders, Ian and Penny looked like giants next to the others when hugging and doing the goodbyes on Sunday.

Did you see the clip of Penny and Vincent? She slung her leg up over his shoulder . She is tall, but he must be teeny too.
I really enjoyed Leticia's Paso, but agree this week wasn't so good, but hadn't she pulled a hamstring or something too?

LOL - did you see the training for Penny and Ian's salsa? She slung her leg over the teacher's shoulder too! She is really tall! But when she was with Ian it didn't show at all (I guess because he is so tall too, obviously!) but I mean because she is tall but I don't think she is 'gangly', at least she didn't look it when she was doing the ballroom dances!
