only 'came back to life' because he had a brain transplant. The brain is taken from a woman, and when he wakes up he's 'her', inside his body. Fine, that all makes perfect sense. But then how come within a few episodes he's back to being a neurosurgeon (I suppose that could be explained away by Jessica having been one too, but what are the chances!?) and having a big love story with a woman?
