I reckon jimmi actor doesn't like the others. Six months with barely a scene filmed with them then he runs away....

I think it was a bit harsh over the wooden acting, I think they do pretty well considering how ludicrous the plots are and how little rehearsal time they apparently get. While I find some of the characters annoying I don't tend to feel that's their actor's fault.

Expletive I think that the regular cast are good actors, but the plot of the day people often leave a lot to be desired.

I half want Al to go on strictly but what if we find out he isn't a geek?! Went right off Danny John Jules and couldn't look at his characters in the same way, don't want that for Al. Anyway, his next tv role should be staring in Doctor Who.

TDogs - that' a good point. Although I love it when you get well known actors turning up as patients (the Wendy Craig and Bruce Montague episode about 6 months ago was great for example)
