Just never got round to watching this and now seems the time

What age is it suitable for? Have y5 kids who are ok with scary ish (am considering Buffy levels) but not too gory or bad language or sex.

So ok for them or just me and dh?

Honestly depends on their ages and maturity.
Personally I'd have watched it at 12 and been fine, but nothing has ever scared me on a screen. Some adults I know find it scary. I was gobsmacked when one of the kids in DDs (8 in yr 4) came.out with it in a discussion of their favourite TV shows. She's too young imho.

Not knowing your situation why don't you watch it with DH and then make the call?

Lima45 · 17/03/2020 20:17

Having re read your post I read it as 5 kids. Not yr 5 kids.
I'd say probably not. But again you know your kids. I'm.pretty relaxed but I'd say 12 as a lower limit for a 15 rated series. It does get dark in places. More so than buffy

It's a 15 certificate.

fairyfingers · 17/03/2020 20:40

Ah right, hadn't appreciated it's a 15. So that's a no for the kids then. Am quite looking forward to it.

Thanks all.
