Thoughts?

Just caught up on iPlayer. MG was very good in this, it’s an interesting subject and with so many people overweight/obese I am surprised that there aren’t more documentaries on the subject. Interesting as it was, even Miriam didn’t have any answers to the ever growing problems.

I actually quite enjoyed this and usually I'm put off things that have MM in because I can't stand her 'I'm so shocking because I say fuck and cunt' act. I like that she talked about herself and others being fat and didn't use euphemisms like cuddly or curvy.

I liked it too, and her in it. She came over as surprisingly compassionate and non-judgemental.

It was refreshing to see a programme in which the participants were not preached at and which did not include the usual finger - wagging about moving more and eating less.

MM seemed unhappy with her size but I got the distinct impression that she is not prepared to do much about it.
