Hey all, was going to cinema to watch greed but didn’t quite get our act together. So am looking for something engaging to watch this eve in bed with tea and cake.
I have just finished watching Shrill on iplay and have also recently enjoyed things like Safe , The Cry and The stranger and AJ and the Queen.
I love crime drama but not too complicated and I really love old school classic like Alan partridge and peep show, stuff like friends, Phoenix nights etc but need something new.
I’m not massively into historical or fantasy unless the historical is possibly biographical. Hate vampires and zombies although did love What we do in the shadows.
I also love romcom. And old movies, noir especially.
So basically simple and engaging. Funny is good.
I have Netflix and prime and of course all the watch again main five channels as well as terrestrial.
