I don't think they said what the complaint actually was, implied the useless guard was the source, maybe because he might actually have to do some work not just mistreat the prisoners ?

When my mum was diagnosed with wet AMD she'd been referred by her optician to an eye specialist at the hospital. She has no treatment for it, though. She's got no central vision in one eye.

She might've been referred by the optician via her GP, I can't quite remember.
