I always liked Paige with Mark. I know a lot of you don't! But they were a FAR better pairing than him and Steph, or Elly.

Still find it odd how much roxy has grown on me. I couldn't bear her to begin with but now I really like her. (I'd hate to know her in RL, but as a character on neighbours she's good)

I like Paige and Mark too. It was disappointing when she went off with Jack.

They've toned Roxy down a bit, shes not had the full Xanthe personality make over yet, but soon...

Terese was horrendous back then! It wasn’t until Paul bonked her that she loosened up. Although she had put up with Brad for 18 years so maybe that’s why....

Brad was ridiculous, and therese and Paul are a far better match so I hold no grudge against paige for that. In fact, I probably applaud her. Brad and new head Lauren were wet and had no chemistry either.

I'd forgotten how awful Jack is. He mucked paige around for EVER didn't he, and it seems he still is. I'm guessing (no spoilers) that he must have decided to go back to the church yet again and is dumping her after Paige gave up mark to be with him. What a complete arse. And yet everyone makes out he's a good guy coz of his churchy connections.

So we will have jack who had temporary memory loss, lizard face who has (soon to be temporary) memory loss, and Susan who had temporary memory loss all in the same street at the same time. What are the odds of that?

Yes in the old days Mark G jilted Annalise Hartman at the altar because he wanted to become a priest. Which would explain his connection now with Jack.

Mark left Annalise at the altar to become a priest. But I don’t remember him being anything like he was today, mannerisms etc. He seemed much more blokey today iyswim.

Jack got there really quick. He must have been lucky to get to the airport just in time for a flight to Melbourne with available seats and the shortest amount of time possible left to be allowed to check in and board, fly over 2 hours, and get in a taxi to Erinsborough... All before the beer making even began that day...

And yes I remember mark priest guy as being fairly meek and not how he was yesterday. Which is pretty weird as you’d think a life as a priest would make you less laddish not more!

He didn’t actually become a priest though, he became a celebrity chef in the end.
