I think octopus is Jane McDonald. Hedgehog could be Jason Manford, I was convinced it was Michael Ball but I think it’s someone covering a northern accent and he was in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang so has done musical work. The rest of the musical clues don’t fit though. 🤔
