Bugging me, was within last few years, a 12ish year old boy stabbed and died under a bridge? I can remember towards the end, a scene with (i assume the mum or the dad) having a chat with the person who did it (under this bride) and some acceptance on both sides?
Think was UK based, not US and probably a 4 part type thing.
Maybe connected with football cards?
