Yes I am, it's a joy to watch. Sad and heartwarming in equal measures. I've two left.
The young person playing AJ is marvellous.

Just finished it. I have to hand it to RuPaul - to still be able to perform like that at 59 is incredible.
The first episode I was unsure what it was doing - bad acting, deliberate or not, tone all over the place and the telenovella aspect of Hector/Lady D, along with an obnoxious child character....it was an initial turn-off.
But I am pleased I stuck with it. The glitz, the performances, the high camp, a few good lines and RuPaul did a decent job overall - his acting in places did actually show vulnerability. I also liked the line that he does not want to be a woman just dress like one (whether the pro trans rest of script did enough to stop critique of him being transphobic we'll see but he has always been consistent on what his drag means to him). Hope a second series is commissioned.

Caveat - not that that is how many women dress, drag is parody etc
I am aware of the issues that some have but I thought it did come across how the character loved women, saw many women as icons - which AJ did pick up on hence the Bob Mackie episode and found performing to be an escape. I am here for the critique of the show itself.
If it does becomes a drag is misogynist thread that debate takes place in feminism topic all the time. I am a RuPaul fan is all.

I have this on my list but was unsure. I will give it a go over the weekend!

I found it just the right balance of bittersweet and fun. I honestly wasn't expecting to like it but i thoroughly enjoyed it. I only put Netflix on whilst I do the washing up. Always love it when a show comes along and I can enjoy a child actor, I frequently find them so annoying despite loving kids in real life.

I thought all the main characters were superbly cast.

Ive watched it and really enjoyed it.
I did think the acting was wooden but glad i stuck with it. Loved spotting the drag race queens.
The girl playing AJ reminded me of Madonna, think its the eyes.

I just started watching this tonight and I'm on the 4th one and hooked, hoping the kids settle early tomorrow so I can watch more.
The acting is a bit iffy but it's funny and I'm really looking forward to finding out what happens.

The little girl reminds me of Madonna...
I was cringing at the first episode however once you get used to the wooden acting it is actually really enjoyable and gets better. Im glad i have stuck with it..

I started watched ep1 last night (until DH & DS came back and we put Sabrina on). I'll definitely carry on - the first episode plot was a bit obvious to see coming but I was enjoying it. Loved seeing Drag Race alumni.
