I thought it was a decent series as well. I'm a big fan of Kaya Scodelario - loved her in skins too.

I think so -
It does feature self harm and mental illness, but I personally think it’s done really well. Nothing overt or unnecessary, just paints a realistic picture.

Just finished it and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I really liked all of the characters - even the mother but my favourite was the Russian coach, Dasha I think her name was.

Loved it! It was so addictive that I binged it in a few days and am now bereft. Has there been any talk of a season two?

I thought I recognised the mum, but was surprised that it’s January Jones, maybe because it’s so long since I watched Mad Men, but I wouldn’t have known it was her without googling.
