Anyone else going to watch this? It looks fabulously weird but I've watched some clips of the one in the states. They have had some quite high calibre singers / stars so I have high hopes

How can anyone sing properly inside a flipping mask anyway?

I wondered this and would not be surprised if it was a recording. Nothing seems muffled like you would expect, even when they use an external mic.

The bee is 100% Nicola Roberts like someone said further upthread. You can tell on the higher notes she sings. Her accent slips out a bit more.

I’m loving all the guesses of super famous names. No way is anyone mega famous going to do it. The US version gets the real celebs.

I think they’re all miming to a pre recorded track. Otherwise the mask would make everything sound weird.

If Kerry Ellis took her mask off lots of us wouldn't recognise her... that isn't to say it isn't her!

The kids think fits most with Rio and he is being very earnest which would work with the recent bereavement.

The unicorn I just can't fit with the clues as everyone I think it is there's nothing in their background about travelling on a private plane as a kid.

I looked up Mika, as I think he could possibly be the unicorn, he was born in Beirut but brought up in London & Paris. I think he went to an exclusive school in London so he probably came from a rich family.. but could be totally wrong.

Re Kerry Ellis, isn't she English? Of course they could all be putting on accents. Am more convinced that Octopus is Nicole Shirtswinger.

I don't think they are singing with the masks on either, if must be pretty exhausting wearing some of those costumes as they have big frames - thinking about that you can't necessarily judge someone's height from the costume as it might have a built up hat perhaps?

I said Rio Ferdinand for tree as soon as he spoke about his kids the way he did.
