Who will dissapeer soon for 4/6w as he’s in my local panto as the villain

Will gray be found out as an abuser - karen and Mitch must be able to see

What is Linda’s secret and her drinking

Will billy and honey get back together

Will Alfie ever be back - will cherry’s mum come back

Will STACEY ever come back

And as we have had deaths the past 3yrs on ee - ray (18) Abbie (17) - ROXY and Ronnie (16)

Who will die tonight ?

Martin must be at the shed all the time and charging up the phone ! How is a mystery as can't be any electricity there can there?
Not a safe place to leave it. Everyone knows about the allotment!
Now Sharon knows the truth , Martin is even more in danger of being killed by Ben who still thinks Ken is dead!

iknowimcoming · 22/01/2020 09:18

I was confused as to why Rainey now seems to be in charge of the undertakers? Max has vanished too hasn't he? Panto season maybe?

The80sweregreat · 22/01/2020 09:30

Rainie is weird and where is baby Abi?
Jay let Stuart take over the funeral parlour but not Rainie! She just thinks she can run it without any training or anything ? Madness.
Where did they get those horses from too?
They showed up pretty quickly.
A funeral on that scale is a fortune! It does go all weird at times EE.
The Ian for councillor thing is funny though. I'd vote for ham sandwich man myself!
Does Ian still run his businesses as well?
How is Sharon getting any money ? She doesn't work and living rent free ?
In fact none of them do any work really!

lazymum99 · 22/01/2020 09:36

The funeral thing was ridiculous as usual. Rainie doesn’t even work there. Stuart only just started and is being left in charge with access to all the petty cash and more

The80sweregreat · 22/01/2020 09:48

Using all the petty cash for Daniel and jean was ridiculous. The cokers will hear about it and blame Jay. End of Jay's involvement with the parlour! Rainie is a bad omen ; every thing she touches turns to dust.
Linda behaves like some kind of processed demon after some drinks. Get the exorcist round,

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/01/2020 10:04

Just seen mon. Haven’t seen tue or read comments

Tho why /how did Linda get so drunk in mins

And why didn’t MO come rushing in to the kitchen with kat shouting and screaming

And what reviews?

Have Phil and mick always shared a birthday ?

And why can’t Sonja get a loan? She has no mortgage and has a job

And yes silly Linda

Rainie is a bad omen ; every thing she touches turns to dust.

Useful for an undertakers - could save on cremation costs.

VanGoghsDog · 22/01/2020 13:12

Why would Phil go to prison for Linda shooting Ken?

Anyway, I think the Mitchells will be glad when they find he's alive as that will make Louise feel better.

Ian was funny, saying the polls had closed and it was still light outside! He earlier said they closed at ten though it's usually nine for local elections, but even at 9 in January it's not might!

Bath tub gin has always been a thing.

They did flag Dot going to Ireland a few days ago when she asked Son to buy clothes for the baby and Son suggested she go and visit and Dot acted like this was the best idea she had heard in her life!
I also didn't think it sounded like Dot's voice though, but I also thought the message was going to be that she overheard them and knew Sonia did it.

I had no idea what was going on with the funeral stuff, idiotic.

The phone thing was also bonkers. Obviously it would be locked. Though Shaz might have been able to charge it I guess. Surely he'd have uploaded the video to a secure cloud based hosting service and given it a password!!

The80sweregreat · 22/01/2020 14:08

Soup, oh yes! Handy as an undertaker to be able to change everything into dust! Didn't think of that one!!

The80sweregreat · 22/01/2020 14:11

Watching an old EE from early 90s. Sharon has short hair and looks so fresh faced and happy!

icecreamsundae32 · 22/01/2020 18:13

@Blondeshavemorefun the reviews I think are fake ones creepy Leo left on the slaters cleaning business website?

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/01/2020 20:52

Ah right. Thanks @icecreamsundae32

So seen tue. Dot has gone

So does that mean council will take the house back and new family move in

Will dotty go as no one likes her

Tbh Phil prob be relived keanu isn’t dead

Mela Portugal villa should be Phils

I thought raine and uncle fester were sweet at the funeral parlour

How does Linda get so drunk so quickly

And why gray and Chantelle ?

OP posts:
lazymum99 · 22/01/2020 21:47

I think Dot has already bought the house from the council. If she dies who will she leave it to I wonder. Probably Charlie.

Chienloup · 22/01/2020 23:45

I usually hate the silly "comedy" storylines, like the funeral one, bit I quite enjoyed this - I fancy a ride lying in a hearse!

Dotty/Kirsty has no reason to be there with Dot gone. Surely Sonia and Bex don't want to put up with her.

I didn't get why Grey and Chantelle had Oli either? Surely kicking Linda out, sending her back to her mum's would make more sense. Two of mine are autistic, and they'd not be able to cope with staying at a neighbour's house.

JemimaTab · 23/01/2020 07:35

TBH in real life it would have taken a lot longer for probate to go through so that Dr Legg’s house would be sold, the proceeds realised and Dot could buy her own house. Easily a year, and probably longer. And there would have been a lot of tax to pay too. Yet Dot still has over £1m in her account (after tax and buying her house). How much do they think Dr Legg was worth? It’s a bit unlikely, but then EE is always rather unrealistic about money.

SoupDragon · 23/01/2020 07:44

Probate doesn't necessarily take that long.

SoupDragon · 23/01/2020 07:45

Dr Legg owned a house in Hampstead - that's where the £1m came from.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 23/01/2020 08:10

Also IRL would a Doctor retired or not be allowed to leave their estate to a former patient. If they can I'll have start getting well in my GPWink
After all you never know your luck in a big cityGrin

JemimaTab · 23/01/2020 08:17

But he would have had to leave enough to pay for Dot’s house (that would be close to £1m itself), plus pay the inheritance tax, and still have over £1m left over. When Dr Legg died, they said he had a house in Golders Green worth about £1m.

SoupDragon · 23/01/2020 08:25

Dots house is her council house and she's been a tenant for years. I assume there would have been a hefty discount.

Plus, this Eastenders...

SoupDragon · 23/01/2020 08:28

I think the fact that Dot and Dr Legg had been friends for decades changes the doctor/patient relationship. If she was a current patient it might be questioned (although Sonia had that money she supposedly inherited from a previous patient when she returned after maternity leave)

Although did she ever refer to him by his first name...?

Mrsjayy · 23/01/2020 09:06

Dots house would have been cheap she would have got a council discount it wouldn't have been a million, he was always Dr Legg to Dot, ive not seen tuesday has Dot gone again?

SoupDragon · 23/01/2020 09:10

Dot basically just vanished off to Ireland without saying goodbye - she left an odd message on an old fashioned cassette player. In a voice that sounded like someone doing an impression of Dot 😂

Mrsjayy · 23/01/2020 09:25

Ah ok June Brownis 93 and I guess her back and forwards is due to her ill health but they could have her going properly.

Mrsjayy · 23/01/2020 09:30

In reality Charlie would have come and picked up grandma Dot she is nearly blind she wouldn't manage on her own.
