It's Shoenice who is fudge, its her surname, and it's due to the baffling yoo-neek spelling of her first name

Delighted that Connagh picked Sophie but gutted that Teeth picked Fudge.

Having said that, looks like some interesting drama will unfold between Connagh and her. If there wasn't anything other than what we saw on TV, there's no way she can feel led on. He didn't even pick her for a date.
