Anyone else losing stuff off the Sky Box?

We've got a fairly new Sky Q box. Nowhere near storage limit, not changed packages or got rid of any channels.

Noticed recently stuff was disappearing off the box. At first it seemed to be CBeebies stuff so I tho if the maybe it was programmed we'd dowloaded which expire after a certain time (?) but now loads of stuff has randomly gone, tv series, films. It's not in deleted items either. Just vanished. What are you up to Sky?

Have you tried turning it off at the plug and turning it on again? We have to do this quite frequently as sometimes it just doesn't play .

Sometimes the programmes you download are time limited and disappear at a certain date, not many of them from what I've noticed but that might account for some of ones you've lost.

I don't have a SKY box but I have NowTV, and Succession series 1 has just disappeared from it I was still watching it! I've no idea if that's related to what's happening to you.

I’m not but I have the old Sky HD box but there is stuff on the Sky Community forums that this has happened to other people on Sky Q, puts me off upgrading.

Are they sitting in the "deleted" section?

Have you got the box sets on your package. I used to be able to download stuff off cbeebies for the kids, mainly hey duggee. Then one day half the planner disappeared and I couldn't download anything. Contacted sky to be told I needed to upgrade to the box sets as any catch up service with all the episodes on could only be saved with that upgrade 🙄

Not in deleted items, no package change, nothing. Seems to be a random selection of programmes types across different channels.

This has happened to me a couple of times. I've concluded that downloaded programmes disappear off the Sky box when they stop being available on Sky. The trouble is you've no way of telling when they are going to take them off. I haven't had anything else deleted though, only downloaded stuff.

Stuff just disappears - it's really irritating.
