First to 10 Raahh - as I realised yesterday when Kevin Anderson was 7-something up. I was thinking 'he doesn't look very excited ' then realised he hadn't won.

Feel for Grigor though, I thought the fightback was on, but no.

I had to go out again half way through the tie break. The school run in the morning is the bane of my life . By 9am I have been up 3 hours snd feel like I have been out all day.

Whenever I read about the school run on MN it makes me love the school bus even more! I'll still be cursing when it comes to payment time though

Poor Grigor - his gaudy kit wasn't very lucky. He should have listened to Maria, she said she didn't like his bright shorts .

Jane we don't live in the right 'bit' for the school bus unfortunately- but it stops outside dd2's school. But that involves driving dd1 to there in the morning to get it in the first place- and I might as well take her to school, as do that, as it's more or less as far (just a different direction). She does walk home though- but I am too nice to make her walk an hour in the morning in this weather at the moment .

It's really not, and it's only day 3! It's almost as bad as last year's first week of Wimbledon . Almost.

Millman is still in Fed's quarter, if he beats Hurcacz (unless he has already).

Poor old Hurcacz had his match postponed, played yesterday morning, and has now come back to play this match today

Could Milkman deliver against Fed in a Slam for the second time???

It would. It's not beyond the realms either is it - in Aus, night match, he's beaten him in a Slam before etc etc.

Fed is racing through his match, it seems.

Foggy is is chatting merrily to himself.

If he was doubles partners with Murray, they could have lengthy conversations with themselves and not each other.
Poor Thompson is no longer enjoying this match and has murdered a racquet.

He seems to be. I switched to Foggy v Thompson and that's one way traffic in set 2 as well.

I think their opponents would be forgotten and they'd just lay into each other, if past matches are anything to go by
There was that incident in the autumn (can't remember where - Paris or China??) where Andy called out Foggy for his shenigans - "you do it with everyone, mate" - and I'm sure there was a badly behaved match at Wimbledon 3 or 4 years ago aswell

Fizzy yes, I think he really wound him up.
