to be fair, they are very similar Grin

I’m still convinced that the bombshell is the one who has a penchant for droopy straps and semifrocks.

Why else would folk be yapsing about her and nonver not being seen anywhere together for ages.

However, he was the one who started dribbling first.

I'm not sure Kelvin was shit last week but the choreography was. He did fine with what he was told to do I think.

He was out of snych with Oti quite a lot. And that weird loping run when they ran back to the kitchen near the end just looked like an ape impression.

Thanks for the new thread.

Looking forward to tonight. Sent my dh out for snacks, so we've got twirls, galaxy counters and malted milks ( not sure how they made it to the final snack cut )

Malted milks? Unless you are going to crush them up and add them to melted chocolate I think someone took a wrong turn in the corner shop there!

Malted Milks are great biscuits. In our office we used to have a competition with them to perform the best "cowectomy"....nibbling accurately round the cow to release it from the biscuit. No one could ever do the space between the cow's front and back legs.

You're all trying it now, aren't you...?

Malted milks are good for making lolly cake, which is a Kiwi delicacy that everyone should try. They're also good for making what my mother calls fudge cake, which is a packet or two of crushed biscuits, a can of condensed milk and 250g butter. You can add chocolate chips and dried fruit and other stuff to make it more interesting but it doesn't really need it.

There's a lot in the press today about Kelvin and Oti "sharing a friendly hug" and him not seeing his wife on their wedding anniversary. Can't imagine Oti being attracted to Kelvin...

I'm surprised that more hasn't been made of the dance experience Emma and Karim have. Didn't Claudia say something along the lines of Karim not having danced before. Previously Emma said she had too much dance experience to do Strictly. Now she is consumed with nerves. metro.co.uk/2019/08/08/strictly-come-dancings-emma-barton-admitted-much-experience-go-show-10539844/

Ooh, I’ve been thinking about mulled wine all day! We live next door to a very nice pub and then usually do lovely mulled wine.... I don’t make my own until Christmas Eve. They’re tree went up today so mulled wine may be on the menu tomorrow swoons

Never thought of using malted milks for rocky roads etc, I usually use rich tea or digestives, but will try.

Off to the corner shop for snacks while there’s still time Smile

Every year there are people who pretend they haven't danced before when you know they bloody have.

Looking forward to tonight's show and wondering who'll go out. I wonder if Karim will be in the dance-off again or if last week was just a glip because people thought he was safe?

I have to say that in rehearsals Alex's Samba is not looking good and I think she could be at the bottom of the leaderboard again.

Wonder if Craig's 10 board will come out tonight.

Etc. I won't be here while the show is on. A friend and I watch in our separate homes and make notes on each dance and then talk about them on the phone later. We're total geeks and don't even care.

Chris and his Foxtrot did not look good on ITT but hoping he will surprise me. Agree that Alex also looked under par with her samba, but may do well on the night.
Hope Emma keeps her nerve as she looked good yesterday on ITT.
Kelvin with a fast and furious Viennese Walz based American Smooth, not sure about that.
On one of the recent pro dances my eye was caught by a young man with a mop of hair, but couldn't make out if it was AJ or Neil, but was outstanding in his presentation.
Onl 10 minutes to go.
