As someone who is non-white/ non English I am quite sensitive to that sort of thing and yes, so far, there has not been a white candidate fired 😡

I mentioned this to DH (non white non English) and he said “they’re all rubbish but they don’t fire ‘good tv’”.

I am really amazed Thomas is still in it, he is like a toddler. Marianne was nearly fired for being "unable to manage him" - why not fire the one who is unmanageable?
They might as well have said "we know Thomas is shit. Why didnt you make him less shit?"

I think Thomas will win because Alan obviously likes him. It will never be Lottie or RM because Alan wouldnt want to work with them.

Marriane's meet the candidates piece specifically mentioned her people management, and people do get pulled up for not living up to their supposed strengths. (Which was why the week 2 candidate was fired for poor ice lolly choices when he has an ice cream business!)
