I was just about to ask when it was on . I'm a twit. In my defence I didn't have much sleep last night with a teething baby keeping me awake.

Anyway, looking forward to this, although I tend to find something to do in the round where they are given a specific dish to cook in the early weeks due to the cringe factor.

Any ideas what happened to the last winner (Lawrence?).

As a word of advice, I noticed in BBC good food magazine that there was a promotions page in it with Greg R before he was announced as Sleb MC winner, so you may want to give it a wide berth in the final weeks. I didn't watch the Sleb one this year, but did twig it probably meant he won it when I saw it.

I love the bit where they get a task! I'd struggle to butter a slice of bread if I had Marcus and Monica watching me like a hawk while I did it.

Disappointed to see Gregg is still there. Still, we can't have everything.

Oooh thanks for this, I didn't know it was starting. I don't watch any of the others but love the professionals. Even though I can't even begin to imagine what some of their dishes taste like!
