Not the best dancer of all time, but Colin Jackson was definitely robbed!

Jay and Aliona's jive was amazing and I thought he was amazing for the rest of that series.

Also loved Holly Valance with Artem, she was so laid back and cool.

Simon Webb was good too, that Argentine Tango with Kristina was absolutely sublime

I think his dances are the ones we re-watch the most. Also really liked Faye & also Georgia - both with Gio, but I might be because I really like him as a pro. I did think the Charleston him & Georgia did was great, also the blindfolded dance - think it was a show dance?

I've forgotten about Georgia - she was good! Just watched a few videos and remembered she has a lovely figure doesn't she? Shame it didn't work out with Joe Varney as they made a stunning couple 🤷‍♀️

I think recency bias also makes us forget the likes of Jill H, Alesha, Kara T and Tom Chambers, who were all pretty good too.

I always have to come on at this point to say Debbie Mcgee

She was amazing

LOVED Debbah and Gio together-One of the best pairings!
I did not really like Gio until that series with Debbie has his partner-His shaking her all the time was so funny!

Danny was a ringer but that doesn't mean he wasn't robbed. There's no rule about ringers not being worthy of being SCD champion. I didn't mind that Ore won but really enjoyed Danny's performances and would have been just as happy if he won. However, I would not have been happy if Louise did as she was dull.

Has there been any moe updates on Neil? I didn't watch ITT last night.

I wouldn't watch if there was no-one with dance experience. Imagine if everyone was like David James! 😱

I wouldn't watch if they were all beginners either it would be really dull ! No news on Neil they showed a clip off him coaching Alex he has a crutch so who knows .

There's no rule about ringers not being worthy of being SCD champion. No, indeed. But I tend to resent it; and, with a very few exceptions, the voting public tends not to award them the win either.

Jay, alesha, Caroline flack, Joe mcfadden, Jill halfpenny, Tom Chambers, kara tointon all had previous dance experience. That's about half isn't it?

I don’t mind the contestants this year, However, I’ve got to admit that I find both Karim and Saffron a tad irritating.
I am sure that they are perfectly lovely people, but that’s just how I feel.
I have enjoyed watching Michelle. She and Gio have worked steadily and have a mutual respect for each other.
I have also enjoyed Kelvin and Oti.

I hope Neil recovers but it doesn't look like it. Its' such a shame in his first year with a partner and they were doing well. Dancers are used to injury though.

I resent Ringers when they try to pretend they aren't a Ringer.

soup me too but I don't remember Danny ever pretending that he was a novice although I'm not sure he got the stick that female ringers seem to get

@Encyclo agree about Simon and Kristina’s AT. It was definitely one of my favourite dances from all the series
I know that Danny Mac was a ringer, but I loved his Samba with Oti

Just watched Simon and Kristina’s AT. I'd forgotten how amazing it was. I'm not generally bothered about lifts but that final one

I really miss Kristina. She has such beautiful feet when she dances, and she was always so warm and supportive to her partners.

Oti and Danny's samba was fantastic. The music and everything about it was brilliant and original.

Just watched back last night's ITT. Surely Alex isn't practicing the whole routine on her own every day? Are they doing an American Smooth? If so, what about lifts? Is she levitating? She must be dancing with someone, even if they step aside for Saturday if Neil recovers. Are they just not showing who to keep their powder dry?

The ex partners of Joe Calzaghe and Ben Cohen might argue Kristina was too warm and supportive towards her partners nikita
