GrouchyKiwi · 19/10/2019 19:22

Ringers and dad dancers ahoy.

OP posts:
GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 19/10/2019 20:06

Could've done without the emotional manipulation.

Wolfcub · 19/10/2019 20:06

Team pocketracket broke everybody

MargotMoon · 19/10/2019 20:06

You'd have to have a heart of fucking stone not to be touched by that

derxa · 19/10/2019 20:06

How lovely that was

SchadenfreudePersonified · 19/10/2019 20:06

God - even I've got weepy and I'm a cold-hearted bitch!

100PercentThatBitch · 19/10/2019 20:07

Can't stand sympathy milking though. I wouldn't want it if I was on Strictly, making it through because people felt bad for my story

MarkingTimeIm59 · 19/10/2019 20:07

Aw

64sNewName · 19/10/2019 20:07

Yeah, I liked that so much more than I expected to.

SoupDragon · 19/10/2019 20:07

He looks so much like his mother :)

Wolfcub · 19/10/2019 20:07

If that doesn’t get 9s I will be shocked

SubisYodrethwhenLarping · 19/10/2019 20:08

I have tears streaming down my face

That was beautiful

Will & Jeanette

Oh, come on Craig . . .

. . .Oh thank heavens - some proper criticism.

I thought even Craig was going to melt (aka end of civilisation as we know it . . . )

Gooseysgirl · 19/10/2019 20:08

It was seeing his mum at the end that set me off again (and I've had too muchGin)

peachgreen · 19/10/2019 20:08

I really liked that as a piece of dance, quite aside from the story behind it. I'm not a fan of disabled contestants having to bring out a sob story (I suspect it's driven by the producers rather than the contestant) but I enjoyed the dance a lot.

Bluffinwithmymuffin · 19/10/2019 20:08

Thursday
Same

Grey7841 · 19/10/2019 20:08

Id much rather that genuine sympathy for something like Wills story then the falseness of Saffron and her Nan last week

Happinessforever · 19/10/2019 20:09

Love Motsi

SchadenfreudePersonified · 19/10/2019 20:09

He shouldn't get high marks just for a touching story, though. But I think as contempowaft goes it certainly wasn't the worst I've ever seen.

He is quite nice-looking isn't he?

GrouchyKiwi · 19/10/2019 20:10

"Executive head teacher". What?

I really couldn't stand Karen when she first started but she's grown on me. I like her a lot now.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 19/10/2019 20:10

I agree Grey - when the Nans start getting wheeled out, my heart sinks.

100PercentThatBitch · 19/10/2019 20:11

@GrouchyKiwi

It's all this Academy Group nonsense isn't it?

Encyclo · 19/10/2019 20:11

I can't get into this at all

MarkingTimeIm59 · 19/10/2019 20:11

Yes Grey

kaytees · 19/10/2019 20:12

I love Chris... not the best dancer of the lot but he's enjoying it and he puts on a bit of a show

ThursdayLastWeek · 19/10/2019 20:12

Why did that need to be on the judges table instead of the regular dais?
