Every single week. Between items 1 & 2 and items 2 & 3, they have the little dramatic 'sting' jingle (fine) accompanied by the vibrant red-dominant 5-second graphic (fine) and.... somebody flushing a toilet (boak).
We chop and change regions depending on which stories sound most interesting, and it appears to be the same across the nation; so it must have been a conscious top-level decision.
Why do they do that?!?! I NEED TO KNOW!!!! What would you replace it with?!
