I watched the first two episodes of Mr Robot with DH the other day (behind the times I know!)
About 5 minutes in I pointed out how similar the show is to the film Fight Club - the music, the narration, the main characters attitude. Literally lines were basically lifted from the film almost word for word.
The the Mr Robot character is introduced and I immediately said he was obviously imaginary. To me it was SO obvious. Other characters never looking at him, talking to him or referring to him.
Looking it up, this is apparently the "big twist" at the end of the season. I can't believe anyone found this surprising. Did anyone else notice this early on, or have I just watched Fight Club too many times?
