last I saw, Carmella had started to take the uppers again, Sky had just killed the bloke and Susan and Karl had got back together again

as I wrote that, I went to digital spy and read up on the episodes I've missed and all the spoilers.

Good old Karl. Was beginning to doubt his superhuman (surgeon, doctor, A&E consultant) status.

I would be very anxious about getting ill in Australia, since they only have one proper doctor per town who has to run the hospital, GP surgery, etc. And how can you tell which is the fake doctor? (except that it is so bleeding obvious my 11m DS would have his doubts about being treated by her...)
