10 weeks no contact and I am struggling

Have posted before about my ex and how I tried to move on dating cutting contact ect and I just can’t seem to do it he had many flaws and was emotionally abusive but I can’t seem to let go have been told of friends he seems very happy on social media it’s upsetting how somebody can not care how bad theve been I have tried to move on have been on dates and feel nothing any advice would be greatly appreciated
