did anyone see this last night?

I saw the first half. It was the one about Sparkles hotel in Blackpool (I have seen it before).

I actually looked at her website and she must have taken a lot of the advice because her room prices are around £70.

it made me laugh, the soft play dungeon. see she is taking in hen parties now too!

i was just shocked people paid that amount in the first place

I remember reading that the hotel had been put up for auction earlier this year.

oh i wonder what she's up to now then? very strange woman but sort of funny, i loved the bears on the website (which is still open). i'm confused now, maybe it's just an old site.

I know what you mean about the prices - over £200 for a room filled with soft toys - I was PMSL at the one with the dogs all over the floor!! how were the kids supposed to get into the bed. Mind you I think the problem was people weren't paying her prices. sparkles

the dalmations stuffed into holes in the wall too. i was confused what she was offering really, did she start as an exclusive children's hotel at first? (just for children)

Oh scary one that, she is just mad, did you see the disgusting play area when they pulled it all out.

I see she has dropped the prices, but I found her a bit too intense I like to be left alone on holiday and not looking for constant entertainment for the kids, I suppose the "childcare" might appeal to some.

No it wasn't just for children, it looked like that though - I think that was another problem she had - she kept "targeting" children and telling them how good her hotel was when she should have made it more appealing to the parents because they are the ones who pay the bills.

imagine arriving there and seeing the rooms! the softplay was awful, worms in the mats yuk.

her daughter seemed really embarrassed by her.

Seemed like she was living out her own fantasies in toyland!
If i turned up to a hotel looking like that i'd cry!!!
I go on holiday to enjoy myself, not pick up flipping toys.
Do enough of that at home!!!!
Who would honestly want to sleep in the barbie room and have to move all those dolls off bed?
As for the dalmations, i'd want to put them in a bin bag!!
Was kind of funny though when they showed the couple sat in the bedroom eating saying they liked the place!!!!!!

Mrs Sparkles would make a good character in a horror film, imagine it......1,2 Mrs Sparkles's coming for you...

My daughter and I had many a lovely stay with Mrs Sparkles and we both loved all the different rooms such thought and detail in them all and as a single mum taking her daughter the way she took kids earlier for there breakfast and time in play area gave me a little break and my daughter loved it
Barbie room amazing and the chocoholic room was like a Cadbury diary milk so much fun .
Kids could be kids and lots off dressing up clothes even story times.
From what I heard the tv show were awful in how they made her look and we were upset for her and her family as she put so much effort into making it very magical for the kids and the adults ✨️
