What is the survey problem they keep talking about? I missed the beginning!

They had 3 houses that they wanted to buy before they met Phil and KIrstie but all fell through due to problems with the survey.

They kept getting the jitters if any problems were raised by the survey an enthused abotu new fittings, fresh decor and no work to do . Then bought one which need the bathroom moved and kitchen extended, just for starters !

I hate these - they spend 50 minutes repeating the previous show and then the last 10 minutes giving an update!!

I thought it was at first as they visited them at the end, but I have never seen either of those people before and I have seen every one 5 times over (sky!! lol)
