Can anyone explain to me about the scene with Tony and the fixer at the docks in the last episode?

On my computer, the subtitles just came up as (speaking Spanish), so I couldn't understand what was happening. Was Tony arranging for Monty to be killed in jail or was it to do with his business?

Does anyone know?

Following this because I truly have no idea either.., but if I had to guess, I'd say the Monty thing?

Thanks! I was confused by Tony’s story this season. I understand about his family and ICE but why was Tony so scared all season when he hadn’t done anything wrong. Why was he leaving town? I didn’t really get it.

Hopefully someone can explain.

Apparently he was laundering money out of his garage to his family in Mexico.
