Bother, don't know what to do, has this happened to anyone else? TV working. WiFi working. Internet connected. All cables etc as they should be. All replay apps, utube, etc, working. Netflix and Prime pretending to be working but when playing film, sound only, no pics. Any advice? All paid up by the way!

Are you connected to a pair of wireless headphones anywhere? The sound might be going to them.

Are you using a Fire TV stick by any chance? If so, go to Settings-->My Fire TV and restart it from there, that fixed it when this happened to me.
