Did anyone see Prince Harry?

Did anyone see Prince Harry yesterday on tv? I thought it was really 9interesting, and heart breaking with the tiny baby girl and the other children who had been raped and orphaned. It showed that just because you are a royal doesn't mean that you can't cuddle, play and hold these little children.
I also think he has grown into a strapping gorgeous young man, better looking than his brother who resembles a horse!

i missed it moosh, but i cried my eyes out reading about the baby girl that was raped

Twinkie · 20/09/2004 16:11

Baby was raped by her HIV positive dad because the witch doctor told him it would cure him - makes my blood boil!!

Good thing though - if any can come out of this is that she is HIV negative. They just need to address the trauma caused by the initial rape - I cried buckets when I read that she was not infected - and I'm not saying that the rape wasn;t bad enough I was just so relieved that she wasn;t infected!!

Harry is a lovely young man IMO and yes far better looking than William who needs to shave his head!!

Angeliz · 20/09/2004 16:31

I saw it.
Yes i was impressed by Harry, seemed like a lovely young man.
The baby girl had to have her womb removed

It was awful, made me cry!

DelGirl · 20/09/2004 17:35

I saw about half of it. Made me sob when I heard about the baby. Such an emotionless face and only 9 months, terrible . Sadly different cultures etc with probably no retribution for the father. I think Harry came across as a very natural, caring young man. His manner wasn't forced at all. Good on 'im. Not quite sure about looks. Not bad at all but I still thinks Wills has something more though

They did say that the stepfather had been 'found guilty' but not what his punishment would be. I've got a few good ideas of what it should be!

ponygirl · 20/09/2004 20:50

Agree with everyone about the poor baby, so so sad.

Does no-one think H looks James Hewitt though? Or is it just me that can't see any similarity with Charles?

biketastic · 20/09/2004 21:09

pony girl
YES
he does look like JH. I have been saying thhis for sometime.
Jaw line I think....
didn't see the prog because I knew tha content would upset me.

DelGirl · 20/09/2004 21:18

definitely a JH lookalike, have thought so for about a year.

pepsi · 20/09/2004 21:28

My Mum has been saying that he looks like JH from when he was a baby!

moosh · 21/09/2004 08:28

I must be the only one who saw his grandfather's younger smiling face in him then. I used to think he looked like JH, but saw glimpses of his dad and grandad in him.

i have no affection for the royals at all

but prince harry seemed nice, although it was really peeving dh as I kept saying it was prince edward

jampot · 21/09/2004 09:32

i think he does too - he is so JH

Merlot · 30/10/2004 21:52

I think he is a spit for Diana's sister, Sarah.

themoneyshot · 30/10/2004 22:04

No doubt, Harry is the image of James Hewitt.

mykidsmum · 30/10/2004 22:38

I agree re James Hewitt, wonder if he knows and that is where he gets his rebellious nature from. Love both Di's boys, done her proud!

GymJunkie · 31/10/2004 18:13

Harry was conceived and delivered, well before the JH era. However, more interestingly, has any one noticed how Andrew does not look like the rest of them ??? Conceived around the same time that PP was allegedly ........whooring and touring on a regular basis.

alibubbles · 31/10/2004 20:24

Andrew is the spit of the late Earl of Caenarvan (sp) the Queens race horse trainer.
