Have I missed something?

Last time I watched it there was going to be the wedding and then there was a plane crash. Has that doctor died (can't remember his name?)

Was that the end of the series and they have started an old series again. Confused.

Simon died in a plane crash. Lara went back to Oz - cashed in two tickets for a first class, havign heard simon from Abs that Simon had slept with someone else.

Anything else you would like to know?

Last weekend had a double episode (Sat & Sun) which dealt with missing children (one found alive, one dead) where Roxy got close to the mum, missed her DD's fancy dress party and decided on the spot to resign.

Thanks - thought it was strange there was no reference to Lara or Simon. I have missed an episode though.

There has been little reference to Simon and/or Lara although Harry received a phone call, during one of last weekend's episodes iirc, from Lara updating him on her life in Oz.

People leave Casualty very easily/quickly and are never/rarely referred to again IME until they re-appear! Roxy has left her options wide open since Tess and she were shown preparing a dead body this evening and Tess said she would be prepared to work around whatever hours Roxy needed. Don't read anough gossip mags to know why Roxy is leaving.

Obviously Simon is gone for good but Charlie and Lara might re-appear in the future.

Also I'm intrigued to see more well-known actors appearing - James Herriot (!) and Prunella Sacles this evening; someone from Eastenders last weekend (did she used to play Phil's girlfriend - not watched it for ages.
