80’s kid show - dog on moped

There was a show back in the 80’s - very rainbowesque in style but with cartoon credits. I think it was based around a printing press/newspaper/magazine and there was a dog in a bungle- type with floppy ears that used to ride a moped.

I think the dog used to deliver items/newspapers too. It’s like nobody remembers it existed at all.

Also It was the sort of program where the ‘human’ presenters wore dungerees

Something is coming to my memory. Was the dog white with floppy black ears and wore a sort of flying helmet?

Was it Chips Comic? I remember a dog and a printing press. There actually was a real comic too as I remember my mum buying it for me!

Glad I could help! I must have been around 6 or 7 at the time it came out (I'm 43 now). I remember there was an actual comic that came out but not for very long. Miss those days!
