Sorry if this is the wrong place to be posting this but I didn't see a more suitable category. We have been living in Knightsbridge (near the Knightsbridge School a couple blocks from Harrod's) and have the highest level of service on Virgin. The connectivity is surprisingly slow and often goes down for hours at a time and sometimes days. My husband works from home and needs reliable and fast service. Does anyone know if there is a better alternative to Virgin or even some kind of hack (if the problem is the "pipes" in Central London) that would "boost" connectivity even whilst keeping Virgin as the provider? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
