I just watched the first season and it was just so shocking that people were convicted of crimes based on such flimsy evidence and given such long prison sentences.
Just so disturbing and awful.
That poor woman whose child was taken and the police never even bothered to investigate what happened to her. I really hope one day she is found and reunited with her mum.
It also made e think of the McCanns and how people say they must be guilty because of the cadaver dog evidence, but the expert on the show said that cadaver dogs really weren't very reliable at all.
The difference is that the McCanns are rich and the people on the show are poor.
