Evening all, late to the discussion but literally no idea who half these slebs are ....

Is it all pre-recorded? We drove past the studios earlier and there was a stretch hummer outside and some people in evening dress being interviewed. Didn't recognise them though; maybe a promo piece being recorded.

They have lots of zzz list celebs this year. Who is the social media star? Annoys me they are classed as celebs for doing nothing.

I already feel more relaxed with the panel - I wasn't keen on Darcey, there always felt like there was a bit of an 'atmosphere'. Shirley looks more comfortable.

Whilst I agree @mummyrocks1, my kids know who they are more than the other traditional celebs. Same last year with Joe Suggs. I've accepted them now as celebrities as they're so big with younger ones, even if I've never heard of them!

Me too! Especially when that one is NINETEEN. I haven’t been invited on strictly. Very unfair.

I can never decide whether I like the launch show or not. In the past you were just told who the couples were and it wasn't so drawn out! I suppose it's quite handy to start recognising faces though.

I only know 4 of them. Kinda disappointed.

They are definitely trying to attract a younger audience, and I guess this year we will see if that works.
