Actually one of the most stressful hours of TV I've ever seen, but oh my god what an amazing programme. Beautiful camera work and just fascinating.

As always the photography/filming is incredible but the commentary and the music drove me nuts. Why they insist on such syrupy words and awful music I do not know - it’s the same in all nature programmes and I often mute it or just switch it off.

Too contrived for my taste. Great camera work but over edited to suit the storylines. And yes, the terrible voiceover.

I agree with you upple

I enjoy the obviously contrived storylines. But I swear I had nightmares the other night after watching it. It is infact rather harrowing. I have decided to record it to watch daytimes now.

Thought I would get the kids to watch, but they were already traumatised with the Attenborough Dynasty penguins, so this is definitely too much for them.

I have lots of biases, worried about the big cat cubs, baby elephant, and baby baboon but hate the hyenas, crocodiles, pythons etc. Nope, don't even care about their babies.
