Nice of Sousa to wait.

RebootYourEngine · 08/07/2019 14:57

Gauff is not being very composed today.

Fizzywinegum · 08/07/2019 14:57

I like it how they walk off together - they seemed to stop doing it for a while so pleased that it’s back.

Rafa looks as if he’s going on holiday for a month with all his luggage Smile

JaneJeffer · 08/07/2019 14:59

Imagine all the luggage he'd bring on holiday Fizzy

Fizzywinegum · 08/07/2019 15:01

Bet he has to pay for excess baggage!

Fizzywinegum · 08/07/2019 15:05

Oh just seen that Bautista Agut is 2 sets up and 5-2 against Paire - not looking good for the Beardy Bunch

Raahh · 08/07/2019 15:27

So- what have I missed ?

Rafa in cruise control Smile

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 08/07/2019 15:45

Konta and Kvitova lacking in thrills at the moment...

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 08/07/2019 15:46

Although I'm enjoying the lack of screeching and Barry White's dulcet tones. "Deyooooooooce"

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 08/07/2019 15:47

And I like Kvitova's hair - I have hair envy.

Zoeputthatdown · 08/07/2019 15:47

Coco had a good run. What a first Wimbledon!

Raahh · 08/07/2019 15:50

I can cope with Rafa in cruise control Grin

I'm pretty happy to see Halep win. I love Simona. Cori Gauff will have many more chances.

Goffin looking good against Verdasco, I want sure if he had the game to take him on.

Still haven't had a chance to watch any tennis today but just had a quick look at the latest scores and see that Pliskova has lost 13-11 in the final set on Court 2.
The graveyard strikes again!

Shame Cock hasn't been scheduled on there Grin

Raahh · 08/07/2019 16:28

Can't watch at the moment and just seen that pliskova- who was very fancied for the title- has lost to Muchova in a very lengthy last set.

Rafa barely broke a sweat.

Gouff is now worth about 175 k (they said today ) at fifteen years old. It is incredible how much these sport stars can earn.

Raahh · 08/07/2019 16:29

X post Grin

And all going a bit wrong for Petra.

PrivateIsles · 08/07/2019 16:34

Yay so pleased for Goffin!

Fizzywinegum · 08/07/2019 16:45

The Querrey/Sangren match looks very close - I think the winner plays Rafa - don’t really want to watch either of them.

Raahh · 08/07/2019 16:55

Good start for Raonic.

I wonder if today is the day we get a Keith marathon match? Grin

OP posts:
Raahh · 08/07/2019 16:56

Well, Querrey it is. He's beaten Rafa once, they've not met on grass I don't think.

OP posts:
Fizzywinegum · 08/07/2019 17:01

Querrey does seem to do ok in grass usually.

Keith has been coming through the rounds quite efficiently - I think he’s due a marathon match Grin

JaneJeffer · 08/07/2019 17:03

Just in case anyone else is in a stupor like me here's some dadbod to rouse you out of it.
