I think that Michael’s behaviour was disgusting.
He has been acting as though he is in love with Amber and now he accuses her of being immature . Amber has her faults, but I genuinely believe she had feelings for him
It seems that Yewande was correct about Michael being a player.
I don’t think that you can compare Ana and Jordan to Amber and Michael.
Ana has not promised anything to Jordan. He joined much later and they were still getting to know each other. Michael was all over Amber and seemed to be attracted to her diva like behaviour. At least Ana was remorseful unlike Michael , who seemed to enjoy sticking the knife in

Aww I wanted Curtis to recouple. Don’t know why but I don’t like him and Amy together. I like Michael, I doubt he’ll go with a public vote.

Yes but Amber and Michael were clearly having issues. Every time he tried to speak to her she snapped his head off or flounced. He was sick of it and once put in a situation where he could choose to get out of it he did.

And that's the nature of Love Island - it's pretty brutal. And if everyone stayed with whoever they picked first out of loyalty we wouldn't be watching it!

Michael, however should have said he had a better connection with Joanna instead of slagging off Amber.

I think Jordan also handled himself beautifully, much respect. Like the way he complimented all the new girls as well

I cried real tears for Jordan. Feeling a little bit tragic now but I really felt for him.

Jordan is a decent guy. He can do better than Anna.

Weren’t they talking about life after the villa etc on their date? Agree Ambers hard work and he probably is better suited to Joanna but the way he’s gone about it, and after called Danny out on his behaviour a few days earlier 😲

I think Tommy looked weird when Lucie walked in because he saw that 2 girls had come in with new boys so he was worried that MM did the same

Michael and Amber were arguing the other day. People need to remember we're not seeing every moment, every interaction so we don't really know how things are going between anyone. We see the smallest snippets, 48 hours condensed into 45 minutes; there's so much we're missing. And didn't Tom allude to the fact Michael and Amber argued a lot.

That said he was a dick for bitching about Amber to Joanna, but he's just playing the game by recoupling. He had to choose Joanna before he had a chance to talk to Amber.

Amber and Anna were pure bitches to Danny and Arabella. They seem to see it as a group holiday for the original cast - rather than a coupling up experiment

I think it's funny how everyone gets so annoyed when people switch partners. It's the whole point of the game keep switching till you find the right one

They treated Arabella like crap - they only softened as producers went in and spoke to them about bullying complaints

Also remember last year Josh was Michael and him and Kaz were hated and they went on to finish in the final 3 so who knows

Amber was immature, passive-aggressive and possessive. Michael had a few days to get away from it and see it for what it was. So what? If this was the other way round:

If Lucie was still with Joe, had gone into Casa Amor, said to George "you know what, I realise I've been crying all the time and Joe is controlling and I can't be myself", you would all be shouting "YOU GO GIRLFRIEND!"

So why is Michael a dick? Amber has treated him like a piece of shit and he has the right to walk away from it and call out her behaviour.

I don’t think Michael acted like he was in love with Amber at all, he obviously liked her but he wasn’t happy about her behaviour when Maura and Elma came in or how she was with Danny and he made that clear, the whipped comment was probably the last straw. Especially how pleased she was about it. If a man acted so happy about his partner being whipped everyone would be up in arms

If a woman was in a relationship where she felt like she had to "bite her tongue"/"not be herself to make things easier" with a guy who started arguments with her then made her feel like it was her fault, you would all shout LTB/red flag/alarm bells/controlling relationship and also call the guy the C word.
