She didn't say that to tommy though, tommy raised it with her and she discussed it, but she didn't ask tommy to go and do something, he did. Those boundaries were all his own. I really don't think molly can be blamed, lucie is factually after tommy, and who the hell wants a woman who fancies your partner hanging off him?

But the her and Tommy talked about how it must look to those on the outside and maybe it did look like more. Tommy was very much driving that converstation.

He told Lucie he wasnt doing because MM had a problem. But, he felt that it needed to tone down out of respect to MM and he wants to be with her. He took the opportunity to make sure Lucie was aware they were only friends and nothing more.

Lucie then made out that Tommy was saying what MM wanted him to. When he was driving it.

Lucie, I think, is still co evinced she is in with a chance despite he saying 'we are friends, nothing more'

And talking about 'I feel like I have lost him' was ridiculous. She just didnt like that he chose to prioritise building a relationship with MM. I think she believed that he would become interested in her again, if she kept being 'close friends' with him.

I don't really mind either way and neither like nor dislike Lucie or MM and it is a competition after all! However, I was genuinely surprised when that text was read out, as I've seen no focus on Lucie and Tommy in the last week or so of evening shows.

I mean that tweet was read out, not text - sorry.

Yes Maura is aloud and loves attention. Just be bloody honest with her. He should have said 'yes I am having doubts about how compatible we are and I wanted to talk it through with a friend'

Maybe not. But surely that what people do. Even early in a relationship. You and your boyfriend/girlfriend discuss something. You weigh it up and if you feel its appropriate, make some changes.

Doesnt mean you are being pushed to change. He could have just as easily tried to make MM feel better and promised there was nothing there and not changed anything.

She clearly didnt know what Tommy was telling Lucie when they were talking 1 on 1. So she probably didnt even know he was planning on having that converstation at all. Definitely didnt push him to it.

I have a lot of respect for how MM handled that situation.

I think she said she can be a jealous type but she’s not feeling that way about Lucie, but then she went into a bit more detail and revealed that maybe she get she was playing cool girl and actually she feels she might have something to worry about (certainly from Lucie’s side, not necessarily Tommy’s)

I’ve always said I don’t trust Lucie and her whole Tom Boy thing, the whispering and mini sports day she did with T was just weird and I think Joe got a hard time for the way he phrased it, but he clearly saw what we all saw.

MM played it well and Tommy also went up in my estimation by putting L straight. I don’t think that will be the last of it though!!

But tommy raised it with her. She then raised it with others. Tommy drove it, not molly. So as much as tommy might not be the sharpest tool in the box, this was all about him. He is clearly uncomfortable with lucies behaviour or he would not have raised it and then said what he said to lucie..

Tommy had to spell it out to lucie there was nothing past friendship on offer and the hugs etc had to stop,,, and he made it very clear this was not mollys doing. It was then lucie who decided molly was to blame irrelevant of what tommy had said or thr reality of the situation.

I feel like I need to watch exactly what was said again, as I thought Tommy did say to Lucie that MM didn't like them being so close.

To me it seemed like Lucie saw exactly how MM was feeling and MM saw exactly how Lucie may still have an interest in Tommy. I thought they both pretty much said it as it was - female intuition being spot on in this instance.

I'm still surprised that other show watchers saw the Lucie / Tommy thing because I've seen bugger all evidence of it over the last week or so on the evening shows.

I think those of you who suggested it'd be islanders choosing may be right. Just seen its extended by 15 minutes tonight as 'shock dumping so explosive'

But we've heard that before and naff all happened.

As for Lucie liking Tommy, I've said it all along. You could see it on her face. All the "I get on better with boys" is rubbish. Just an excuse to hang around with Tommy. As to be honest he's the only boy, other than maybe Anton, we've seen her having any interaction with one-on-one.

I'm not saying molly mae is wrong I get were she's coming from but how it was shown which I assume is the order it happened in.

Molly-Mae and tommy had a chat she made it clear she would rather there was less touchy feely with tommy and Lucie.

Tommy then had a chat with Lucie he did say it was Molly-Mae that was uncomfortable.

Lucie then went and had a chat with the others I can't remember if she blamed molly mae or not.

I don't think tommy would have had the chat without the tweet and the conversation with Molly-Mae, the chat may have needed to happen but it was driven by those 2 events in my opinion.

Just watched First Look. Molly Mae looks more like Lucie than Lucie does

I’m glad Maura knows the truth about Tom now. As upset as she might be, at least she can crack on with someone else now. They can’t get rid of her surely!

I think their chat about Lucie was fuelled more by the tweets than by anything MM actually saw or felt between them.

I just don't want him to go out to all this hate. If he stays in the house a bit longer perhaps the twitter army will have calmed down a bit
