Well ... wow is all I can say right now .

Loved it . Watched it on Friday, the whole lot .

I just came on to talk about this too! With? Dark actually confuses me. I still dont really follow what's going on and another dimension to wrap my head around! Also Charlotte is Elisabeth's daughter?! Omg what! Plus, no explanation of why the boys were kidnapped and experimented on... cant understand the need for it at all?

Yes, that threw me the Charlotte = Mum/Daughter and Elisabeth Daughter/Mum ,,, I can only conclude she had future relations with some time line Noah . Its interesting that more of the four families (all of them I think) are now getting to know what's going on . Heartbreaking seeing Katharina finally dig out the old school photos . She realised then she had been horrible to her own future son :(

Wait, who's Elizabeth? I'm on S2 E1 and already know I'm going to have to watch it all again.
I watched S1 probably more than a year ago and after a colleague of mine thoughtfully made a family tree of all the characters, I thought I would have a better handle on who connects with who.
I was wrong.

I rewatched all of S1 again over the last couple of days and the things that had confused me the first time round and had forgotten about, became clear.
Brilliant show.

Mikkel breaks my heart .

I know who Elizabeth is now and oh my lord.

Yes that really confused me , had to watch that bit a few times as it was so out there nuts . lol.

Parts that stood out to me (and were sad in their way)
Hannah going back and seeing child Mikkel/Michael and that little wave at the end she done . I think she did once love him.
Claudia , going back twice (second time to take her daughter to the shelter) and seeing Regina stricken with cancer.
The whole Jonas/Martha story line
Katherina finally going through school records and seeing her Mikkel , the same child she was not nice too in 86 . Quite heartbreaking
Egon Tiddemann . Thought he was a harsh bloke but he really is not so harsh afterall

So many things . Loved it.

What do you think Katharina sees when the door was opened ? The bright light ?
