Anyone else watching the Top Gear nonces messing around in the Arctic?

I am sort of watching it as it's making me feel all cosy on this gloomy damp grey evening. The huskies are gorgeous!

Yes, tis good. Think yo uwill like it. They always make me laugh and they are doing some crazy stuff in the arctic (I won't spoil it for you).

It was filmed after the crash. I'm not sure if he got there or not, don't think it showed him reaching the pole . Can't remember. But I got the impression he was keeping going after Jeremy rang to say they were there. He did seem very fit. Thought May or Clarkson might have a heart attack digging the trusk out of the snow.

Laughed my arse off when Jeremy got bolt frozen to lips - har de har har!

I don't like TG but DH watches it and I end up getting caught up in the nonsense and telling them off for being stupid and irresponsible ( driving a big ole' truck blasting out carbon emissions in the artic FFS!!)

I normally don't mind Top Gear BUT there they were, preening themselves when they'd got to the Pole about how farking fantastic they were BUT they had an ENORMOUS back-up crew adn the Finns seem to have given them loads of tips and advice and at one point, they were towed out of something weren't they.

We watched this. Was funny. When they thought they got out of the bad bit's then turned out there was more, that was funny, like the eye of the storm type.
Snot fair that JC always wins.

Agreed ...... but I better not say what I'd like to do to/with James May. I think my crush on him falls within the "people you shouldn't fancy but do category". But can't help it.

Haven't seen this yet but have it videoed for future enjoyment. I know Top Gear isn't PC but I luurrrvvve it ...... get frequent Top Gear top-ups on UKTVG2 as it's always on there !

I so the huskies to win. DS#2 and I were shouting 'come on dogs'! What wonderful determined creatures they were. I was so glad that JC had a shitty time - thinking he could just swan around in his pollution-mobile without having to actually do anything or even get cold .

I normally really like Top Gear, and find their non-PC stuff very funny - but I thought they were complete idiots in this. It really annoyed me! Ranulph Fiennes had his fingers amputated, and they were arsing about with G&Ts

i do find tg funny but how much money do they spend on these crazy stunts and does it come out of our tv licence money?! that artic trip must have cost a small fortune!
